The Mini-Stat is a thermostat. It does not make hot or cold air. It belongs on equipment that can use it, and it replaces a control that is confusing, dead, or just ugly on the wall.
Set it on the way out
The control should be where a hand already reaches, and it should do one job clearly. Mini-Stat is the simple wall stat for a compatible system. If your equipment cannot talk to it, we will not sell it to you.
The wires you already have
When the cable in the wall is the right one, this replaces the old stat on that cable. We confirm the system first, land the wires, and leave it running the way you live. You should not inherit a factory schedule.
Still there when the phone is in the other room
A wall control does not need an account. Someone can change the temperature without finding a login. That is the point of this one, next to the smart stat, which is a different product.
