Ducted
This is a whole-home system, not a single wall head.

Central Split Systems
The higher-end central split family. Same job as a standard system, with the Signature equipment.

What you are getting
How it goes in
Signature is the higher equipment in this family. Andy will show it next to VersaPro so the price difference is a real difference, not a label.

This is a whole-home system, not a single wall head.
2 to 5 ton is the usual range. The right one is picked after a look at the house.
Sale and install stay with the same company.
Good, Better, and Best are priced once Andy has seen the job.
Why this one
Signature is the higher central split in this family. Same job as VersaPro: a ducted house, a matched coil, a thermostat. The reason to buy it is the equipment itself. Andy puts the two next to each other so the price is a difference you can see, not a label.

The upgrade people actually notice is sound and how evenly the house holds. Signature is the one we bring when the current system is loud, short-cycles, or the rooms at the end of the duct never catch up.
If Signature and VersaPro would perform the same way in your house, we will tell you to buy VersaPro. The step up has to earn the quote. Tonnage, ducts, and electrical still decide the size. The series decides the equipment.

That room is where a marginal system shows itself. Signature is aimed at houses where you want that room to land on the same setpoint as the thermostat, without a space heater in January or a fan in the doorway in August.
Often yes, if the ducts and the electrical can support the new size. That is what the first visit is for.
You can tell us what you think you need. Andy confirms it. Ordering the wrong tonnage is an expensive mistake.
